The Static Display

RMS was cordially invited by Nanyang Tehnological University, which is ranked 13th globally and the world’s top young university, to do a 2-day joint static display at their campus.

The purpose of the display was to generate awareness to the students regarding radio-controlled flying of various types of airplanes from aerobatic planes to a WW2 warbirds, helicopter to turbine-powered giant-scale jet fighters.

The crowd was very responsive and had inquired RMS of the techniques to fly, the tuning of the engines, as well as the bypass ratio used on the turbine engines.
