CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS
To comply with Insurance requirements, only current RMS members who have paid their membership subscriptions for the current year may fly their models in the field.
Friends and visitors wishing to fly their models may do so by first signing up as a RMS member on a prescribed form available from any of the Exco Members present at the field and paying the appropriate fees (Full time Membership Fees or Day Membership Fees).
All new members are required to take a proficiency check/test prior to being able to fly solo in the field.
All pilots are required to strictly keep their flying models within RMS's Aerodrome. REFER TO THE ILLUSTRATION ABOVE. As such, members who are not familiar with this requirement will need to approach any of the Exco Members and to have them act as your safety buddy for the first 2 flights or until familiar with the field's orientations.
Until further notice, maximum engine/model size is limited to 30cc and below.
All crashes and or mishaps must be reported to a safety officer or Exco Member prior to leaving the flying field.
Club Rules & Regulations updated since 11 July 2019
