The agenda of the AGM will be:
• To present and adopt minutes of AGM 2008.
• Report by Honorary Secretary.
• To present and adopt statement of accounts for financial year ended 31st Dec 2009.
• To elect new Executive Committee for 2010.
• Any other business.
• Adjourn for lunch. Lunch will be catered at the field.
